Lasergraphics offers connections to Docutec and other short-run publishing options. Using technologies such as SGML, PDF and PostScript we are able to publish books and chapbooks in short runs. A short run is under 1,000 copies, but now books can be economocally printed in runs as short as a single copy after set up.
Please note that with current technology good results can be had for text and
black and white photographs, but coated paper and highest quality photo printing
is not avaiable at this time. Short run color is just becoming available and
prices should be acceptable sometime late in 2004. Both perfect bound paperbacks
and case bound hardbacks can now be produced.
